This set was just purchased in May 2008 and has barely been used and is in MINT condition. The table has an attached drop-leaf, so you can set up for an intimate rectangle for 6 or insert leaf and it becomes a square dining experience for 8. Can't beat this price- these tables usually sell for $1500+.
