SHIPPING
We must complete all the transaction clearly and your shipping address is to be confirmed before we ship out your items. Normally the items will ship out in 2 days. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return your item within 7 days from the date you receiving the item only for brand new, Unused items with original package only. Buyers need to solo responsibility of the returning shipping cost to my US address. The refund is not including shipping cost and we’ll charge 10% restocking fees. You must return the item within 7 days from the date you contacted us or your refund option will be expire.
All defective items have exchange service only and not refundable. You must report to us within 3 days of receiving date. The item must return to us within 7 days from the date you contact us .
All defective item for exchange is the buyer's solo responsibility of the returning shipping cost (one way) to the company in china. we'll fully inspect the item before send back the new item to you.
Defective items return is not including any physical abuse such as water, dirt ,broken screen/body or any similar damage is cause by careless user.
We'll open box for basic test of the cell phone and check the package contents before ship out.
Any missing /incomplete package you must report to us in the same day when you received the item.
