The seller in sell.com took my money, reply no refund, and won't upgrade my United Airline itinerary. I have suspect Seller's rating is fake and the sellers are identify thefts.
I have contact United Airline about Sell.com and reply that the seller is not authorized to do itinerary upgrade.
