Ballerina Princess ORIGINAL Watercolor Painting in Frame Ready to Hang

I sketched this figure several months ago..then put it aside and felt 'inspired' to complete it on July 11..after seeing a dance documentary DVD.

If you are familiar with my 'other' paintings and drawings..you will see that this watercolor (size 9" Wide X 12" Deep) on 140 cold pressed (medium) watercolor paper..is painted in a much more 'FREE-STYLE.' I was thinking back to art college days..and even though I was an advertising agency Art Director for many years..I always remembered some classical art courses.

This young beauty is very determined to be perfect..and I tried to convey a feeling of the simpler times in life..the carefree joys of youth..and I hope you enjoy my new painting.
