The reason we are selling is only due to a move for business. We were truly looking forward to living in this gorgeous community. Your lot is situated next to the developer's home (6000 square feet is what he is estimating the size to be).
For over two years we searched exhaustingly for a place to build a luxurious home, but we only came across homes too close to one another, small run down properties, poor views, homes too far away from amenities, run down properties nearby, and/or unreasonable asking prices. I challenge you to find a better property than this for the money.
