The basic kit is a great starter kit for an apartment, condominium or small houses with less than 1,500 square feet of interior living space.  System will operate independently, providing basic at-home features (no monitoring). However, for professional monitoring, it requires a one year contract which is purchased during the product registration process for $29.99/month. After this one year monitoring contract expires, the professional monitoring continues on a month to month basis at the same rate/month.

Basic Kit includes:

• (1) Base - Connects the InGrid system to your Internet broadband connection, telephone back-up and other InGrid system components.
• (1) Console - Provides full system security control and digital display designed for convenient location in your home.
• (1) Handset - Provides mobile control of your home's security, while functioning as a full-featured cordless telephone.
• (3) Sensors - Protecting doors and windows in your home by staying in constant communication with the Base, Console and Grid Extender. If you have more doors and windows to protect these can be purchase separately.

• (1) Display Material Package – Includes 1 Exterior Sign, 2 Window Stickers, and 1 Customer Support Contact Sticker
