5 THREAD OVERLOCK SERGER NEW WITH CD

This is a sewing machine that is used to seam or neaten the edges of two plies of fabric in one operation. It encases the seam with thread making the overlock stitch (aka overedge) and sews a stafetystitch (aka chainstitch) that runs parallel to the overlock for added strength. This machine trims the fabrics just before overlocking it for uniform stitches. Makes strong and stretchy stitches on LIGHT to MEDIUM weight cotton, silk, polyester, and chemical fiber cloth.
