I have a Belshaw Mark 6 automatic donut frying system. It includes the fryer, fryer table, feed table, feed table stand, rack loader, shortening melter/filter, thermoglazer, and thermolizer. With this system you can fry up to 112 dozen donuts an hour. The thermoglazer allows you to take pre fried donuts that you frozen and reheats them to their original quality and then automaticaly glazes them. This automatic system greatly reduces your cost in labor. $5,000 for the fryer setup and $5,000 for the Thermoglazer. |
