Finally you can retire your tired old 25 disc Maverick set with all the duplicate and missing episodes... Does your "Cat's Of Paradise" episode freeze up at the cemetery scene? Is your "A Fellow's Brother" episode totally missing like in so many of the 25 disc "complete" sets. Well, NO MORE!! This newly assembled .... by yours truly.. 53 disc set of the ALL FIVE seasons of Maverick is the best set currently available. The old 25 disc set was heavily compressed with FIVE episodes per disc. This new set has a maximum of THREE episodes per disc. The seasons 4 & 5 episodes ... while generally not up to the quality of the Seasons 1 thru 3 episodes have no more than TWO episodes per disc... and MANY of these later episodes have been upgraded with shows sourced from TV Land, Good TV/American Life Channel and Encore's Westerns Channel broadcasts. The video and audio quality is a MARKED improvement over that of the flawed 25 disc set that has been circulating for these past few years. Most of the new Season 4 & 5 discs sport new animated menus too!!
All 50 of the full uncut Columbia House episodes have been lovingly transferred to DVD in 9.5 of 10 quality. The remaining episodes are primarily from TV Land or GoodTV/American Life broadcasts with just a FEW holdovers from the old set. Of course ALL of the James Garner episodes Seasons 1 thru 3 are included in this set.... and these are ALL in near PERFECT quality.
Episode 114... "The Golden Fleecing" missing from practically all the 25 disc sets... is still MIA in this new upgraded set. If you own the older set, don't take my word for it. You will probably see "The Bundle From Britain" episode duplicated in the place of the true 114th episode. However, I expect to have this lone remaining episode available shortly and will promise to send it free to anyone who purchases this set and requests it.

Last but not least I will provide on the 53rd disc a terrific hour long James Garner interview where he discusses his entire career up to 2002... the date of the interview.

We do NOT do artwork on dvds and they are shipped in clear faced white sleeves to assure they arrive safe and with delivery confirmation on all domestic orders.

DVDs are recorded in DVD-R format, which is compatible with most new DVD Players. DVD+R's available upon request. Please check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer to make certain these discs will work with your system before buying.

Our master prints originate from sources outside the U.S. or collections built over the years through trades and purchases from other Classic TV/Movie fans' private collections. It is our understanding that all material offered for sale here is in the Public Domain.
