SYNOPSIS:
A young man who dies in an automobile accident returns from the dead to meet up with the young woman who tried to save him.
Bonnie Bedelia is a lonely young musician who strikes up an acquaintance with the enigmatic Jan-Michael Vincent. Even though she sees him only while walking along the beach, Bonnie Bedelia falls in love with this curious young man Jan-Michael Vincent. When she tells others of her affair, she is informed that no such young man exists, but that he did exist, before he was killed in an automobile accident. The truth is out, Jan-Michael Vincent is a ghost, returned to Earth to clear his damaged reputation.
MOVIE REVIEW:
This film was one of the reasons I became such a movie buff. I was about 12 or 13 when I first saw it, and I got to see it twice because it was rerun a couple of months after its initial showing, and then that was it. I never seen it again since, leaving me with that funny feeling inside that only happens when a movie has really made a powerful impression. I have been looking to see it again, and have my wife see it as well. I won't however tell my wife that this movie also made me develop a crush on Bonnie Bedelia that survives to this day! I have been unable to find a copy of this movie, I would love to see this movie again, Just writing about it now makes me long to see it again.
