TO BUY OUR ITEMS: Click on the BUY button above and give us the name of the handbag, the price, and the quantity you would like to purchase. We will need you EMAIL ADDRESS, to send you an invoice if you are paying with a Credit Card or PayPal. When we receive the order we will send you an invoice via email to Pay for the item(s).

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS: We gladly accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. **Please note if you are paying with a Cashiers Check or Money Order, we will not ship out your items until your payments have been received and cleared.**

SHIPPING METHODS: We do our best to process our orders with a 48 hour period. We ship all our items via USPS Priority for Domestic orders. Domestic US Orders are $11.95 for the 1st item and $4.95 for each additional item. We offer USPS Priority International for International orders. Please contact us to get shipping rates for your country before BUYING any items. We also offer UPS shipping, please contact us if you are interested in other shipping methods.

OUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY: Our goal is Customer Satisfation. If you are not happy with the item you purchased. We will gladly accept the return for a refund, less the shipping/handling costs.

1. Buyer must contact us via email with in 3 days from receiving the items and return the item to us within 7 days.
2.We will offer a store credit or a refund back to the buyers original form of payment.
3.Kandeez House Of Fashion is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear. We only accept returned merchandise, if the merchandise has manufacturing defects, unsatisfied with the quality, or if the wrong merchandise was sent to you by mistake.
