Item is a multistation bench with lat pull down, seated row, leg extension, leg curl, bench that inclines, and squat rack. Comes with a wide lat pulldown bar and triceps pressdown bar. The set is in excellent condition, with only cosmetic blemishes. The set includes a 6 ft long Olympic bar, with collars. Both the squat rack and bench press have safety elements built in. The footprint is 44 inches wide, 72 inches long, and 79 inches high (to the top of the lat pulldown apparatus). Entire set is $300. This DOES NOT include any (Olympic style) weight plates.
Item disassembles for transport, but you will need either a full size pickup truck or a van. Save the cost of gym memberships; have your own gear at home. This piece has virtually no moving parts, so there is little to break or wear out. It is excellent for someone interested in building a rigorous, comprehensive home-based strength training program.
