A smart, and intelligent, multigenerational drama about a New York doctor who moves to Colorado with his two kids after his wife's death and opens a clinic. His arrival at first upset the town's other doctor, but the two eventually became unlikely partners and formed a friendship when their teenaged kids started dating. Series creator Greg Berlanti had been a writer-producer on `Dawson's Creek.'

There really isn't enough you can say about this show. The writing is the best I've seen in a while on the WB and the cast is full of exceptional actors. If you keep up with current affairs you catch the quick political jokes strategically placed within the great writing. It has such a real feeling to it and the issues it deals with aren't too far fetched. The characters are so full and wonderful as well. You cant help but fall in-love with the whole bunch.
