This voucher has no system wide blackout dates but will be subject to seat restrictions. Please check the flight schedules and verify that the flights are still available to book with a Rapid Reward Voucher.

Once you have verified the seat availability, using the rapid rewards voucher, please email the following information:

1. Passenger's FULL NAME (this must match the passenger's ID exactly) and PHONE NUMBER.
2. Date/Time/Flight #, Departure City and Airport Code
3. Date/Time/Flight #, Destination City and Airport Code (Please include information for BOTH FLIGHTS)
4. Your email address

Shipping covers the security fee I pay on your behalf when booking. Immediately after booking, the confirmation # will be given to you. Southwest will also email you the itinerary. The itinerary you book is changeable, without charge, if no additional landings are involved. If additional landings are involved, you may pay the $3 fee, per landing, by credit card. You may contact Southwest directly prior to the expiration date, of the voucher, if you would like to change your travels. You may change anything but the passengers name. Do not "cancel" the voucher or it will be returned to my inventory. Simply use the term “Change.”

Payment is expected within 1 day of auction's end by PayPal only. If payment is not received within this time frame, I reserve the right to re-list the item and leave negative feedback.
