Owners also have priority with exchange companies like RCI and a Bonus Time option (which allows you to purchase a night or weekend last minute at available units at a fraction of the cost you would spend at a hotel.

Closing and escrow will be handled by Timeshare Transfer Service, a division of Timeshare Wholesalers--a licensed real estate broker in Des Moines, Washington. Buyer will be responsible for closing costs (approximately $550.00).
Maintenance dues are approximately $110.00 per quarter.
