Picture Quality is Perfect (9.5 out 10). Hard To Find Film !!! In 1885,a young 10 year old street urchin named Wheeler finds a Cameo of Queen Victoria. An older boy tells him that she is the mother of all England. Thinking that Queen Victoria is his mother,he set out to find her. He slips past the Beefeaters and wanders about Windsor Castle looking for the Queen,just when a state dinner is in preparation. He is caught by the palace guards,the boy is mistakenly thought to be part of an assassinaton plot against the Queen. But Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli (played by Alec Guinnes) recognized that the half-starved boy is innocent. Amazing performance by Iren Dunne as Queen Victoria.
