Empi Epix XL Tens Unit. It comes in its original carry case with its instruction manual, two lead wires, two rechargable batteries (they need to be charged), and battery charger. I did turn it on to power it up, but I did not try testing it beyond that. The power light did come on. Also included are two sets of electrodes, both have been opened. The packet of 4 Soft Touch 7000 has 2 unused electrodes, and the Comfort Ease has 10 rectangular ones unused.
