It all began as a rough and tumble ramble away from home for Bobbie Jo (CARTER) and Lyle (GORTNER). But what begins as a romp across the west in stolen cars quickly turns into a madcap flight from justice as the two turn to bigger and more dangerous crimes. Joined by Bobbie Jo's sister (MERRIE LYNN ROSS of CLASS OF 1984), and her quick-tempered boyfriend (JESSIE VINT), the group rapidly becomes one of the most notorious gangs of their time. And it's only a matter of time before they are made to face up to their crimes.
