You have to give 60 days notice before traveling, and you'll have until February 2010 to travel. Up to 4 people can be in the room with extra daily surcharges, and there's a $50 deposit at check-in in Las Vegas.
The conditions are basically that you can't book on Saturdays and blackout dates from December 15-January 7, and major holidays and big events (like NASCAR).
You also choose between a tour of the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, or having a rental car with unlimited mileage for the entirety of your trip in Las Vegas.
Hoover Dam and Lake Mead tour includes 2 tickets for 2 adult.
The hotel and rental car may have some extra taxes and fees (although I was supposed to have already paid the hotel fees), and the rental car requires $300/week deposit, which will be refunded at return. Drivers with bad records can be rejected. Rental Car is optional.
$38 is due when you reserve your hotel room in Las Vegas.
You must provide your own transportation to and from Las Vegas, or any other destination you choose, including the cruise.
