What are your accepted payment methods?

Answer: Presently I only accept Paypal. Requests for alternative payments will be ignored.

Are these refurbished units?

Answer: No. These units are presently new in box. Once a buyer makes a payment, only then, will they be opened & fully tested not to be DOA and the Adobe software will be installed and registered.

If these aren't refurbished do they still have their warranty's

Answer: You bet. Every Mac item I sell will have their initial manufacturer's warranty in tack. You're free to purchase additional Apple Care with no problem.

Will the Adobe software/keycodes be included in my purchase?

Answer: Yes. The Adobe software is OEM and the individual unique keycodes will be included. The software will be disc images you're free to burn and keep hard copies of. Though the smartest thing to do is to back up your system with Time Machine and not worry about it again...it's pretty handy.

Can I install the Adobe software to additonal Macs/PCs I own?

Answer: No. I'm required by my OEM license agreement to send back hardware serial numbers back to the software manufacturers & they attach the keycodes to those serial numbers & provide them to me. Never, under any circumstance, will I send any of the buyer's personal information to Adobe.

Answer: Send me a note and we can work out something. Paypal WILL BE THE ONLY ACCEPTED METHOD for international orders from now until the end of time. Don't ask for otherwise.
