This is an early version of an electronic keyboard. It has several voices and backing rhythm sounds.
However is sounds very primitive, compared to the electronic keyboards of today.
It comes with a hard shell top, that latches on to form a durable hard case. Perfect for gigging or storage.
These organs/keyboards were used in roller rinks, baseball stadiums, and some pop and rock music.
This one sounds similar to the keyboards that were used in the film, Napoleon Dynamite. I was told that recently, a Wurlitzer very similar to this one, was seen played by Alicia Keys.
