You must begin your travel in the 50 United States, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands and fly to a destination within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Canada. Redeeming your e-certificate is fast and easy.
From your local united.com site follow these steps:

1. Enter your origin and destination, select your travel dates, and enter
your e-Certificate number.

2. Then select "search by schedule" and click "Search".

3. All flights eligible for this offer will be identified with a green star. Select your flights and your discount will be calculated automatically. All the flights you select must be e-certificate-eligible to receive the discount.

4. Choose your seat and purchase your flight.
