The Ann Sothern Show aired on CBS from 1958-1961. It was kind of a carryover from the series Private Secretary which ran on CBS from 1953-1957. The Ann Sothern Show kept most of the cast from the earlier show such as Ann Tyrell, Don Porter, Louis Nye and Jesse White while changing the character names. In the Ann Sothern Show, Ann played Katy O'Conner.
What is offered here are 46 different episodes on 6 discs of the ANN SOTHERN SHOW, most with original commercials (Tang, Maxwell House, etc.)as they were aired in the 1950s and 60s.

This is a hilarious series. The last episode of the collection is entitled "The Lucy Story" and guest stars Lucille Ball. AT the end of the episode, along with the original commercials, CBS states "stay tuned for Hennesey". It then goes in to the BONUS episode which is Hennesey starring Jackie Cooper and has its original Kent cigarette commercials. Hennesey was a comedy about a Navy doctor and also starred Abby Dalton.
The picture and sound quality of all episodes range from 7-8.5 with the majority of the episodes being an 8.
