function, the DVD will be replaced once, free of charge. We are not
responsible for DVD player incompatibility issues. Your DVD player may not
be compatible with the latest DVD formats, particularly if you have an early
model DVD player. If you suspect that you might have an issue, please
provide us with your DVD player's details and we will do this for you.
