Vacation Package, 21 Weeks Remain, Choose Locations

I'm the owner of a 23 week vacation package thru Sundance Vacations. My purchase was a $10,000 purchase, of which $3500 has been paid. Only 1 or 2 weeks have been used, I believe there are 21 left (i will confirm).

I'd like to sell for $5,500 (less than what I owe) because I'm 26, looking to get married, and buy a home. I need to cut some of my single life expenses. You will have the relief of dealing with Sundance the organization, who will transfer the contract into your name. (I mention this as a comfort factor, you will not have to rely on my word only, you can speak with a Sundance rep before purchasing and they will fully assist)

All stays are 8 days, 7 nights long. You can book your stay at any of their locations. The Sundance reservationists and customer service folks are extremely extremely helpful. Take a look at the website at www.planwithtan.com, and check out the properties.

Sundance offers some unique benefits. Aside from the 21 vacations for your use at any of their locations, you have access to "excess inventory." Any of their locations that are not rented 45 days in advance get posted on their website and considered "excess inventory." They are yours for $198 for a whole week,no more no less. Its a great perk because you can use it for a quick get away if not for the whole week. These stays are totally extra, not part of your 21 weeks.
