I’VE GOT A SECRET hosted by Garry Moore
The show was originally hosted by radio and television personality Garry Moore. After several months of an ever changing panel, the show settled down to include game show host Bill Cullen, acerbic comedian Henry Morgan, TV hostess Faye Emerson and actress Jayne Meadows. In 1958, Emerson left the show to star in a play. She was replaced by actress Betsy Palmer.
This was a fun filled show because every guest came on with some hidden secret which the panel had to guess. Many times the secret was a wild and funny one which often including members of the panel to do some outrageous stunts. Every show featured a special guest star who also had a secret. Some of the greatest celebrities of the 50’s and 60’s were featured on the show. For fun and laughs I’VE GOT A SECRET was one of early TV’s greatest game shows. 42 COMPLETE EPISODES
