This type of lace is known as Belgian , Battenburg or tape lace.Cloth material is cotton and color is white with dainty colored embroidery as one can see in pictures. Measurements are : 29 inches in diameter when opened and the wood stem is 26 inches long . It is as stated for adults. Won't regret it; a beautiful piece!
