And I mean twist. It not only swings when you set on it. There are handles on each side. You can use the handles to launch the small kids for a high ride. Or raise the rope and it becomes a spinner. This is good for kids that are 6 years and up. You grab one handle like in the pics and twist it around till tight and swing and spin up a storm. The kids love it. You also hold both handles and sling and spin to. Take this to the lake and tie it to a tree and swing and fly into the water. As always supervise small kids. This swing is some big time fun. The different's between my swings and all the others is this swing will not crack or break. It 3/4 or 1 inch thick. Its primed and painted the color you want. The rope is 1 inch thick or if you want I have 1 and 1/4 thick for an extra charge. Other ropes are 3/8ths to 1/2 inch thick and there made of plastic, nylon or cotton and they stretch up to 40% and the kids have a hard time holding on to them.
