Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Packages shipped to locations in the United States will be shipped via UPS and insured for your protection. Please note that UPS will not deliver to PO/APO Box locations. How Long Will It take to Get My Items? Most items are shipped within one or two business days. For an estimate on delivery time via ground service please CLICK HERE. 2nd day express shipping is also available for an extra charge. If you need your item sooner please contact us to check for Overnight delivery availability to your location. International Shipping All international orders are subject to final verification. Packages sent outside the United states will be sent via Insured Registered USPS air mail unless other arrangements are made with us. Please note that once the package is mailed we will provide a delivery confirmation number and can no longer be responsible for its delivery. Any import taxes and duties charged by the destination country are not included and must be paid by the customer.
Return Policy
Refunds: We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. Wear it. Enjoy it. Show it off. If within 30 days from receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds.
