Sanford and Son Complete Televison Series On DVD
Sanford and Son is an American Television sitcom that stars Redd Foxx as Fred Sanford, cantankerous 65-year old junk dealer living in Los Angeles' Watts neighborhood. Lamont, a 34-year old son, helps him in his business. Fred's wife, Elizabeth died 20 years ago, leaving Fred as a single parent to Lamont. Whenever Lamont threatens his father to leave work, Fred would fake a heart attack and utter the words, "Oh, this time is real, I'm a coming 'Lizabeth!" for his son to stay. Sandford and Son was aired from January 14, 1972 to March 25, 1977 on NBC network.
