Brian Patrick Dawkins Sr. (born October 13, 1973 in Jacksonville, Florida) is an American football player who currently plays free safety for the Philadelphia Eagles and is has been acknowledged as one of the best free safties in the NFL, and is known for his hard-hitting play

The Eagles' second-round draft choice in 1996, Dawkins landed a role in the second game of his rookie season and has averaged 94 tackles per year, while posting 31 interceptions—fourth most in team history—and countless notable hits, most memorably on Michael Vick, Ike Hilliard, and Alge Crumpler. Dawkins is one of four players in NFL history to post 28 INTs and 17 sacks, joining Leroy Butler, Rodney Harrison and Ronde Barber

DONOVAN McNABB

Donovan Jamal McNabb (born November 25, 1976 in Chicago, IL) is an American football quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League. He attended Syracuse University. In 2004, he lead the Eagles to Super Bowl XXXIX

McNabb finally amassed the kind of numbers that placed him firmly as one of the elite NFL quarterbacks statistically. He averaged 8.26 yards per attempt, completed 64.0 percent of his passes, threw 31 touchdown passes (he also ran for three more), and only eight interceptions. These numbers translated to a Passer Rating of 104.7. Furthermore, he became the first quarterback in league history to throw over 30 touchdowns and less than 10 interceptions in a single season

TERRELL OWENS

Terrell Eldorado Owens (born December 7, 1973, in Alexander City, Alabama), is an American football wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys. Over his ten-year NFL career, Owens has left a mixed legacy. He has consistently been among the league's most productive wide receivers, as well as one of the league's most outspoken and controversial players

The 2004 season got off to a great start for the Eagles, who won each of their first seven and 13 of their first 14 games; as well as for Owens, who averaged a touchdown catch per game before his injury. Owens gained a tremendous amount of popularity throughout the league, especially among the Eagles fan base. On December 19, 2004, Owens sustained a severely sprained ankle and a fractured fibula when Dallas Cowboys safety Roy Williams committed a horse collar tackle against him, before the technique was outlawed. This specific injury was given as one of the major reasons that the horse collar tackle was made illegal before the next season
