Dynamo" Dan McCormick is the sole survivor of a bus crash which electrocuted and killed everyone else on board.
Dan, a carnival performer, is able to survive the massive electric currents due to his act in which he constantly defies electric shock. This routine has built an immunity in Dan's body to withstand the awesome power of electricity.
Dan soon falls under the control of the deviously brilliant Dr. Rigas, who plans to create a master race in the image of "Dynamo" Dan to control the world!
