GENERATION X
Generation X, a monthly Marvel comic, was created by the talents of Scott Lobdell (writer) along with Chris Bachalo (artist) and released in 1994. The third generation of mutants, known as "Generation X", are a group of teenagers who are learning how to control and use their powers to help reach the goal of humans and mutants living together peacefully. While under the tutelage of the head-mistress Emma Frost (code name: White Queen) and head-master Sean Cassidy (code name: Banshee) these teens face many challenges on a day to day basis. Whether it's prejudice by being different or an attack from an enemy, they must always be ready. If successful, this third generation of mutants could one day graduate to join the first generation team, the "X-Men". Whether they want to become X-Men or try to lead a "normal" life is up to them to decide.
The Generation X tele-film was a Marvel "made for TV" movie that aired in 1996. Filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, the movie was based on the comic with mostly the same layout of characters and situations. Previous to her school, Emma had a fallout with a fellow researcher over one of her creations titled the "Dream Machine". This machine could manipulate your mind to simulate telepathic abilities with the X-Factor gene and enable a person to crossover to the "Dream Realm", better known by telepaths as the Astal Plane, to manipulate telepathic abilities. The researcher, Russel Tresh, became obsessed for this type of power and attempted to extract an X-Factor from a teenage mutant to place it in his own brain for the power. After Emma twarted his attempt and he was fired, he held a grudge against her ever since. Five years passed and the Acadamy was formed to help mutants. With herself and Banshee as teachers they taught the mutants that enrolled. The mutants Jubilee, Skin, Monet, Mondo, Buff and Refrax became students where they experience many difficulties in and out of school. Learning how to use their powers, having training sessions or encountering situations and normal problems that teenagers do is the norm. When they venture outside the Acadamy into a world that hates and fears them is another problem all in itself. Outsiders, feared for what they are, they get in trouble with the townies and ultimately end up in the final test of their knowledge of their mutant powers....It turns out that Skin and Jubilee have discovered the Dream Machine that Emma invented and hid from the students. Curiousity builds and they decide to test it out themselves. The problem lies in that Russel Tresh, the man with a vengence for Emma, had rebuilt one himself and has been honing his corrupted powers. He now knows that the way to get even with Emma is through her students. It's up to the team to test their powers in a battle on the Astral Plane to save their fellow classmates lives!

All shipping prices include Delivery Confirmation (for U.S. orders only), handling charges, as well as additional expenses for packaging materials. If you are not willing to pay these S&H costs, please DO NOT order. Insurance may be added for $1.60 for up to $50 of coverage, which is optional but recommended, as I CANNOT and WILL NOT be responsible for uninsured items that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you choose to ship without insurance, you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PAYPAL CUSTOMERS: If you are paying through PayPal, I can only ship to “CONFIRMED” addresses that are registered with your PayPal account. If you ask me to ship to an alternate address, you MUST have that address registered with PayPal. I am not allowed to ship to “UNCONFIRMED” addresses, as it is against PayPal’s regulations. If anything went wrong with the shipment (for example, if the package was lost or damaged during shipping), I would be held accountable by PayPal for having shipped to an “incorrect” address, and PayPal could even choose to terminate my account for going against their policies, so this is not a risk I am willing to take. These are PayPal’s rules, NOT mine, but as a PayPal seller I must abide by them. If you have a problem with this policy, please address your complaints to PayPal and NOT to me.
MULTIPLE ORDERS can be combined to reduce S&H costs. When paying through PayPal, all items MUST be paid for at once in order to be eligible for combined shipping, because PayPal considers each individual payment to be a separate order, and they must be shipped separately so there is proof of shipment for each order. Once again, these are PayPal's rules, NOT mine. Please inquire for more information.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: S&H costs listed are for U.S. customers ONLY. Please send your full mailing address after the auction ends so that exact shipping costs can be determined. All international orders are shipped via Airmail, unless otherwise requested. Insurance is generally NOT offered for International orders, since the cost is usually far more than the cost of buying a replacement item.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the volume of orders received, I cannot always guarantee immediate shipping on all orders, but most orders are shipped as soon as possible--usually within a week after receiving payment. SHIPMENT STATUS: If you want to contact me to inquire about the status of your order, please include ALL pertinent information: name, address, video title, ad number, how and when payment was sent, etc. I have MANY orders to deal with, and cannot be expected to remember each and every one just by name and/or e-mail address. All U.S. orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation, so you can enter the tracking numbers--which are available on request--at the USPS website to check on the status of your order.
PAYMENT: I accept payment by PayPal, Cashier’s/Certified Checks, or Money Orders ONLY. Due to checks bouncing or taking weeks to clear, I do not accept Personal Checks as payment. If you send payment by Personal Check, your order will NOT be shipped, and the Check will either be returned to you or destroyed.
If you are paying by Check or Money Order, PLEASE include your ID and e-mail address, as well as the ad name and item number, so I know exactly what you are paying for and where to ship it to. Just your name and/or address is not sufficient information, because my records only show the ad name/number and the ID of the winner. Failure to include sufficient information with your payment may result in a lengthy delay shipping your order, or may even prevent it from being shipped at all if I cannot track down your info.
Due to the high volume of non-paying buyers, I must ask that buyers contact me within three (3) days of purchase to let me know how and when you plan to send payment. Failure to contact or send payment WILL result in Negative Feedback and a Non-Paying Buyer claim being filed. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO PAY.
