This was a 1980s TV version (attempted series, but only lasted 5
episodes) of Neil Simon's play "The Odd Couple", which starred
two 70s actors near the end of their heydays, trying to portray Tony
Randall and Jack Klugman. In this version not only are the actors
completely different, but also of different ethnicity.
