Shipping: Shipment will be sent by Express shipping with Tracking #, takes 3-4 days. Shipping fee is $25 for the first bag, and $9 for each additional one.
Exchange & Return: Each bag is thoroughly examined prior to shipment. But in case we send the wrong item or the item is defective, we will offer free exchange. We also offer full refund (less shipping plus 10% handling fee) if you want to return it to us.
