Ocean View Park...A legacy from his family. Mike Connors of TV's Mannix fame, has to balance keeping the park open against the news of an impending hurricane. Meanwhile a gifted young woman has continual haunting premonitions of a disaster of incredible proportions at the park. Unable to explain or understand these images, she tries to cope and ends up at a local university to test her unusual abilities. How can she convince everyone that she's not crazy and to warn them of what is about to come? And will it be in time?
