In the rare occurrence that a disc is defective or does not completely
function, we will replace it free of charge. We are not
responsible for player incompatibility issues. Your player may not
be compatible with the latest disc formats, particularly if you have an early
model player. If you suspect that you might have an issue, please
provide us with your player's brand/model details, and we will look into this
for you.

Videofutures is a mail order Archival Video and Transfer service specializing in
uncut/uncensored rare video which is not released. Genres include gore, horror, schlock, exploitation,
Spaghetti, Mondo and vintage cartoons & TV from all around the world.
By placing an order or contacting us, you are acknowledging and agreeing to
the following statement: I affirm that I am not working for any television or
movie production studio/network or affiliated organizations.
I am not employed by, or am a member of a professional organization such
as ASCAP or MPAA/RIAA, or affiliated organizations.
I am not employed by the federal government, affiliated agency or any
type of sub-contractor or independent agent.
I am not a postal inspector. By
ordering or contacting, you understand that all un-released transfers are
collector to collector, no rights are given or implied and any incidental costs
that may be involved are not for product, but rather for labor and time.
In addition to the statement above I include this: In regards to the legality
of the Video Home Recording act settled by Congress with the Home Recording Act in October 1992, and
The Berne Convention. No action may
be brought under this title alleging infringement of copyright based on
manufacture, importation, distribution of a digital or analog recording medium
or based on the non-commercial use of such a device or medium.

service from one collector to another. The
services rendered include cost of transfer, archival, and transporting said
goods. Any claims to or for the
rights of said materials will be reviewed.

When ordering, you agree to this policy.
1.) I, the undersigned purchaser agree that I in no way shall use this
purchase to bring claim, prosecution or suit of any kind, at any time, for any
reason against the seller, supplier, shipper and or carrier, creator,
manufacturer, advertiser and distributor.
2.) I, the undersigned certify that I am in no way associated with, employed by,
volunteer services for, or act in conjunction with or on behalf of any of the
following agencies and or organizations: Local, State or Federal Law Enforcement
Agencies. Local, State or Federal Government agencies and organizations,
including non-law enforcement agencies and organizations, Motion Picture
Association of America, NAACP, RIAA or any activist organization, Union or
movement.
3.) I, the undersigned purchaser do fully admit that by the signing of this
agreement I am of my own free will entering into a legally binding contract of
agreement not to use this purchase in any way to adversely affect the sellers,
suppliers, shippers and or carriers, creators, manufacturers, advertisers and
distributors business or person.
4.) I, the undersigned purchaser certify that I am over the age of eighteen (18)
years and wish to enter into a legally binding contract.
5.) I, the undersigned purchaser agree that this policy shall become effective
upon receipt of payment and delivery of package, and remain effective regardless
of the identity of the recipient of the package.
6.) I, the undersigned agree that I am paying monies for labor (transfer and/or
archival) done ) & materials. I
further agree that I am not paying monies for any intellectual matter within.
I also agree that I in no way shall hold the seller and or supplier
liable for the release of any intellectual matter which may be contained within.
Please remember many countries have strict laws regarding the import of
adult, horror, and exploitation videos. We will ship any title you order
but we will not be held responsible if your customs department confiscates these
tapes. Please know customs policies before ordering, for we do not offer
refunds for confiscated materials never received.
By submitting order, I declare that I am 18 years of age or older. If I
am ordering any material marked 21+ in catalogue or any subsequent
updates or catalogues– I declare that I am 21 years of age or older. I further
certify that I am not a city, county, state, or federal law enforcement officer
or official of the U.S. Postal Service, ordering this as evidence for the
prosecution or harassment of any individual or organization. My submission below
guarantees that I have NOT signed U.S. Postal Form 2201 and hereby warrant that I have no intention of signing said form in the
future. I believe that this material does not offend the standards of the
community in which I live.
I am authorizing Videofutures to send me any recording of any film I order
for the purpose of criticism, review, and private home use. I am NOT
purchasing this material to seek evidence against seller in any fashion, legal
or otherwise. I will not furnish material to minors. I will not use
this material for the purpose of prosecution, litigation, or defamation of the
seller. Misleading information will be considered fraud and misrepresentation.
If you enter this site without agreeing to any of the above terms, you are
violating the INTERNET PRIVACY ACT of 1995.
OUR RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We replace
damaged or defective discs, but we do not give refunds.
We only give free DVD credits towards our products, with no obligation to
return unwanted discs. We do not
give refunds due to player compatibility problems.
