Shipping Policy
There is an automatic 5.00 Handling fee. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours with the exception of weekend orders. Purchases made on Fri., Sat., and Sun. are shipped the following Monday if buyer selects USPS. If buyer selects other shipping option and order is submitted before 2:00 PM PT., your order may ship on the same day. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. You can use your own FedEx or UPS Acct. We will send you the tracking #.
Shipping cost may need to be adjusted due to shipping method availability to the desired area, or for orders that require multiple packages. Customers will be contacted before shipment if any changes are necessary.Return Policy
All Prices are Final on date of purchase. No Refunds or Exchanges on eBay purchases, special order items, and software. eBay DOA's (Dead On Arrivals) must be reported within 72 hours. Any products suspected of being tampered with or differing from our pre-recorded specifications* will be returned back to the customer at their expense with NO refund or exchange. An RMA Number is required for Returns or Exchanges. Returns should be in the original packaging & in resalable condition with original invoice enclosed. No refund after 21 days on all Non-warranty items.
