CARD'S ORIGIN: This card (and the rest of the cards shown here) was purchased by myself from a seller who is using the Internet name of harleydavidson, a.k.a. David Schnitzer, a.k.a. mtsbullmkt, d.b.a. Mindy Surell, on this same website. I sent these three cards to SGC to be graded. These three cards have since come back with the grading of COUNTERFEIT as shown in the pictures.

Again, the origin of these cards is that they all came from the same seller, who is using the Internet name of harleydavidson, a.k.a. David Schnitzer, a.k.a. mtsbullmkt, d.b.a Mindy Surell. These cards shown here are NOT for sale (and why would anyone want counterfeit cards?), but I hope they will serve as a warning regarding potentially fake baseball cards. Be careful and make sure what you are purchasing is real.

A good rule of thumb (which I have since learned from SGC) is to require that the seller gets the card graded, i.e., you agree on a price, the seller gets it graded, he proves to you that it has been graded (which you can doublecheck with a grading company) and then you send the seller the money (the agreed-upon price and the amount reimbursing for the grading). If a seller will NOT agree to get the card graded and does not get it graded, DO NOT BUY IT..or you run the risk like I did of buying counterfeit cards!!

Reprint cards will actually say "REPRINT" but counterfeit cards don't say anything.
