Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy: (1) First of all, please write down the ebay item number or our product number on your money order or check as reference. And please print your shipping address including your zip code clearly. (2) All orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days. We usually use US post office's Priority Mail or FedEx ground service at our option according to the size of the parcel. We may also use a trucking company to deliver the merchandise if the measurement of the product is extremely large such as an artificial tree. (3) We charge a fixed shipping and handling as per our offer on the description of the merchandise for all shipping addresses in continental USA. (4) For Alaska, Hawaii and all other places out of continental USA including international destinations, please contact with us by email for extra shipping and handling costs. (5) All international shipping must be made by traceable shipping service, such as EMS or FedEx Express. Otherwise the non-delivery risk is on the buyer. (6)For express delivery service such as USPS Overnight Express, please contact with us by email for confirming the shipping charge in advance. (7)We strive hard to fill every order we receive. However, sometimes some items might be out of stock before we knew it. In this case, you may order a substitute item or we will refund your money immediately.
Return Policy
Money Back Guaranteed on all our products. Here's how: (1) For defective items: It is our policy to always double check our products before shipping. But just in case, please call us within 7 days after you have received the merchandise for obtaining an authorization code for returning. Please write down this code on the outside of the shipping carton and send it back to us. A same new item if available will be shipped immediately on us as soon as we have recieved the returning merchandise. Or we will send you a refund immediately if a same new item is not available.
(2) For non-defective items: Returns will also be accepted within 7 days after you have received the merchandise. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on your account. The merchandise must be in un-used condition. Please email or call us for obtaining a return authorization code before returning. Sorry, in addition to the re-stocking fee, the S&H charge is not refundable in this case.
